In a few words: your account metadata and cookies are stored locally. The experimental engine processes managed website traffic. There is no CozyPanel developer account server or analytics. Your platforms still receive your activity.
What CozyPanel does
CozyPanel organizes account spaces for WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and Facebook. Its experimental session engine separates cookies and selected browser storage within managed tabs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Their own privacy policies and terms govern their services.
Data processed on your device
CozyPanel stores account IDs, platform choices, nicknames, favorites, colors, engine status, disclosure acknowledgement and preferences. A nickname may contain personal information you enter, such as a name or phone number. Authentication cookies are stored per space in Chrome extension local storage, including cookies marked HttpOnly. Website login data may also remain in namespaced website storage in your Chrome profile.
The debugger engine processes URLs and network headers in tabs it opens to route cookies and protect session separation. It routes worker fetch requests, responses and socket messages locally between website pages and workers. These can contain authentication information, website content and private communications. CozyPanel does not build a browsing-history database, inspect unrelated tabs, or add message content to its own persistent logs. Per-space status messages may include technical error details.
Purpose and sharing
This processing is used only to provide the account-space feature. CozyPanel has no developer-operated API, telemetry, analytics, advertising tracker, or account server. It does not send stored account data to the developer, sell it, use it for advertising, or use it for lending decisions. Your activity, sign-in information and communications still travel to your chosen platforms and their service providers through normal website requests. The engine sends account cookies only to matching secure platform endpoints. The developer has no remote access to your stored data.
If you voluntarily contact the publisher for support, your message and any attachments are received through the support channel you choose. Avoid sending passwords, authentication cookies or private conversations.
Storage and security
CozyPanel uses Chrome local storage, not Chrome Sync, for its saved account records and cookies. Website storage is namespaced within the normal Chrome profile. CozyPanel does not apply additional encryption at rest; anyone with access to your local Chrome profile may be able to access its files. This beta provides storage separation, not a separate operating-system user, Chrome profile, or security boundary. The engine uses HTTPS/WSS for managed account traffic; it does not weaken Chrome’s certificate protections.
Your controls and retention
You must acknowledge the in-product session disclosure before an engine launches. You can decline it and leave account engines disconnected. Terminate stops managed engines but retains login data for reopening. Remove deletes a space’s entry, saved cookie jar and status and closes its active managed tab. It does not unlink devices, remotely log out the platform account, or erase all namespaced website storage. Backups contain account metadata, not login cookies. Nicknames you export may still contain personal information.
Legacy custom-site records from older versions are retained as inactive migration records and cannot be launched or exported. Their authentication data is not purged automatically. Uninstalling removes Chrome-managed extension storage; namespaced data held by websites may remain. To remove that data, use Chrome’s site-data controls for the affected platform. That may also remove ordinary logins on that site. For remote logout or unlinking, use the platform’s own security or linked-device settings.
Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CozyPanel uses data obtained through Chrome APIs only for its disclosed account-space purpose.
Contact and changes
For support or privacy questions, contact Karan Sethi, developer and creator of CozyPanel, at supp.krn@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, authentication cookies or private conversations. Future releases will update this policy when data practices change.
This website
This marketing website includes no analytics, advertising trackers or newsletter forms. Its interactive account preview runs in your browser and does not connect to your social accounts. A theme preference is saved in local browser storage; preview interactions remain local. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and errors to deliver and secure the site. Downloading the beta does not transmit social login credentials to this website.
